Andrew Bethell

Andrew Bethell founded an independent production company, Double Exposure Ltd., one of the country’s leading producers with shows like “Culloden” - the highly praised but controversial series about an inner-city primary school - and “The House,” his BAFTA and Emmy award-winning BBC series. Double Exposure was recognized as the UK’s most successful producer of programming for teachers and schools, winning further awards around the world. This made him responsible for the global development of the Teachers TV model, as well as promoting the use of high quality video in the improvement of teaching and learning in schools around the world.

Andrew was lead consultant for Pico Thailand in its successful bid to secure government funding for ThaiTeachers TV and supported the provision of the service. He was appointed C.E.O.
